The train station of Mies is right next to the building, offering public transportation, such as the Léman Express going towards Geneva or Lausanne every 15 minutes during rush hour and every 30 minutes on regular hours (check CFF schedules https://www.sbb.ch/fr/home.html fill in from “MIES,gare”).
To be added to the monthly rent: Private charges accounted for by private meters (hot and cold water, heating given by heating pump, electricity, taxes, etc.), common charges (calculated pro rata the PPE’s quotes-parts). Optional charges for the tenant: installation of the telephone and internet box and (if wanted) the installation of alarm equipment and monthly surveillance.
