To be added to the monthly rent: Private charges accounted for by private meters (hot and cold water, heating given by heating pump, electricity, taxes, etc.); common charges (calculated pro rata the PPE’s quotes-parts). Optional charges for the tenant: installation of the telephone and internet box and (if wanted) the installation of alarm equipment and monthly surveillance.
