The Mies train station is just a stone's throw from the building, offering a convenient public transport connection to Geneva and Lausanne, with 6 trains per hour to Geneva and 2 trains per hour to Lausanne.
The bedroom has access to a private, south-facing balcony. It has its own bathroom (toilet, vanity unit and bath). The room is furnished with a bed, bedside, sofa, wardrobe, table and chairs etc. The tenant can use the communal kitchenette, equipped with a fridge, microwave, hob, and utensils to prepare small meals. A washing machine, dryer and ironing board are available to tenants. The tenant can also enjoy part of the garden on the ground floor. More photos will be available soon.
